As part of a partnership with Winchester City Council, Wickham Community Land Trust (WCLT) has
produced an active
template that new or prospective CLTs might use to model a potential affordable housing scheme.
The template is in MS-Excel format and, as well as a worked theoretical example, we have provided explanatory notes.

WCLT can also provide support to CLTs who may be planning a project and who could benefit from our experience gained since 2010. We hope that this financial model template will provide some useful pointers for new Community Land Trusts.
